Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our growing solar EPC company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of solar projects, from initial planning and execution to successful completion. You will coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource management strategies.
• Team Coordination: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.
• Client Management: Maintain regular communication with clients, understand their needs, and provide consistent project updates.
• Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets and effectively control costs to meet financial objectives.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure that all project work adheres to high-quality standards and established safety protocols.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain all project-related documents, reports, and contracts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the solar EPC or renewable energy industry is essential.
• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software like MS Project or Jira is a plus.
• A strong understanding of solar system components (panels, inverters, etc.) and the installation process.
