3. Site Visits & Feasibility Studies

  • Perform on-site evaluations to assess structural suitability, sunlight exposure, and overall feasibility for solar installations.

  • Coordinate with technical teams for accurate data collection, including load analysis and rooftop measurements.

  • Document site conditions and prepare assessment reports to support project proposals.

4. Proposal & Quotation Preparation

  • Develop tailored proposals and financial models based on client requirements and site data.

  • Calculate system size, estimated energy savings, payback period, and ROI using standard industry tools.

  • Ensure all quotations are aligned with company pricing, terms, and compliance standards.

5. Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Engage in effective negotiations regarding pricing, scope, payment schedules, and contract terms.

  • Address client objections professionally and close deals in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with legal and operations teams to finalize agreements and initiate project execution.

6. Government Incentive Guidance

  • Stay informed on government schemes, subsidies, tax benefits, and regulatory policies related to solar energy.

  • Educate clients on applicable incentives and assist in documentation for subsidy applications where needed.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of incentive claims.

7. Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns, promotional events, and digital outreach strategies.

  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to support targeted marketing initiatives.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and local events to build brand awareness.

8. CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using CRM tools.

  • Monitor sales funnel metrics and prepare reports for internal review.

  • Ensure accurate documentation for future reference and handover to project/operations teams.

9. Sales Target Achievement

  • Consistently achieve or surpass assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Contribute to overall business growth through strategic territory planning and high-performance selling.

  • Participate in regular performance reviews and training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
